Thursday, 16th September 2004 (4071 views) Aurora Platinum has revealed today that through exploration activities in its Temiscamingue joint venture project in Quebec, a number of new gold showings have been discovered and known showings have been expanded.<BR/><BR/>Among the findings were gold values of 59.8 grams, 42.7 grams, 18.35 grams, and 16.05 grams per tonne.<BR/><BR/>Aurora entered into the project in March with Fieldex Exploration for exploration in the Belleterre Greenstone Belt.<BR/><BR/>Further activity to search for additional prospects are to continue and work is currently underway on a number of the new high-grade gold showings.<BR/><BR/>A drilling campaign will also take place later in the year.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=3436639"/>
