The first New York jewellery conference, being held by Manufacturing Jewelers & Suppliers of America (MJSA), has been planned to take place next March.<br/><br/>The event will be the first by the group and will be held at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York on March 5th, according to National Jeweler.<br/><br/>Three educational sessions will make up the event and will discuss technology, artistic resources and business strategies from the world of jewellery.<br/><br/>In addition, the impact celebrities have on the jewellery industry will be a key issue at the expo and a special presentation on the subject will begin the conference.<br/><br/>Various presentations for members of the jewellery sector will also form part of the event.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=7307543"/>
