Thursday, 17th March 2005 (4152 views) American Bonanza Gold Mining Corporation has announced successes at its Copperstone underground drilling project in Arizona.<br/><br/>The programme is converting known historic inferred resources into measured resources and mine planning, and is now 80 per cent complete.<br/><br/>A total of 61 holes have been drilled, with a combined length of 5,780 metres.<br/><br/>Another 15 holes are planned, which will provide another 1,350 metres, and six drilling rigs are currently active.<br/><br/>The programme's buget is approximately $1 million. <br/><br/>The Corporation and International Taurus Resources hve signed a definitive agreement to merge companies with Fairstar Explorations, to consolidate ownership of the Fenelon Gold Project in Quebec.<br/><br/>Shareholders in the companies will vote on the agreement at individual meetings on 24th March.<img alt="track" src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=8053923"/>
