The latest look for jewellery in America is spinners, according to Inside Bay Area.<br/><br/>Jeweller Ken Lu has been inundated with requests for gold wristwatches featuring a five-spoke wheel "spinner" on the face.<br/><br/>According to Mr Lu this is the latest trend with people wanting something new and fresh.<br/><br/>Spinner is slang for the spinning vehicle rims popular in hip-hop and with celebrities with fancy cars.<br/><br/>However, the items are not only appearing on watches, but also necklaces and teeth.<br/><br/>Sheik Hussain from East Coast/West Coast Designs has started offering 14-carat gold teeth with spinners on them. The New York store has always specialised in custom gold teeth and was quick to jump on the bandwagon.<br/><br/>Two removable front teeth can be bought for $59 and feature a sunflower with squared-off edges.<br/><br/>Designer David Fowlkes got the idea in 1992 and it is now proving a big hit.<img alt="track" src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=8161710"/>
