The website suggests that the store, opened just a year ago, features a once-in-a-lifetime jewellery collection.<br/><br/>Samrat Zaveri, managing director of Trendsmith, said at the launch that he was overwhelmed with the way Kolkata had responded to Trendsmith.<br/><br/>"Though most of the jewellery in the bridal collection has been crafted from 18-carat gold, there is also a great demand for diamond studded jewellery in this city," he explained. "We have also kept kundan and jaduo as they are still the most favoured styles where traditional jewellery is concerned."<br/><br/>The range features styles from the classic to the contemporary and most of it has been designed by Trendsmith's in-house design team, though brands such as Instyle, YS18, Dia Armour, Kiah, Beyond Feathers and Arista are also exhibiting.<br/><br/>Trendsmith is an arm of the famed jewellery house Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri-Nirmal Zaveri.
