Tuesday, 19th July 2005 (6499 views) Esperanza Silver Corporation has revealed initial results from its channel sampling program in Mexico.<br/><br/>Mapping and sampling in the emerging "Southeast" zone of its La Esperanza project has discovered further gold mineralisation, following on from results announced earlier in the year.<br/><br/>"La Esperanza is an emerging new gold project characterized by extensive areas of surface gold mineralisation and very good grade continuity both in outcrops and in drill holes," president Bill Pincus stated.<br/><br/>The 67 samples were taken from the area which lies approximately 100 meters south-east of the previously drill-tested "Western" zone of the project.<br/><br/>Esperanza Silver, which is to continue sampling and mapping the area, intends to develop new drill targets in the Southeast zone and begin testing in the fourth quarter of this year.<br/><br/>Pincus added: "We are now viewing this as a potentially large heap-leachable gold project."<br/><br/>"The company is now updating its exploration permits to allow us to fast-track the project as on-going results justify."<br/><img alt="track" src="http://feeds.directnews.org.uk/feedtrack/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=15007430"/>
