Tiffany & Co, which manufactures fine gold jewellery, can now be found online in Canada.<br/><br/>The company's latest foray into the virtual market comes after the recent launch of its UK site and at a time when more Canadians are turning to the web.<br/><br/>Richard Jenkins, vice-president of the market research firm TNS told the Toronto Star that: "We've seen an increase from 29 to 34 percent of online Canadians who have bought something online." <br/><br/>The survey also found that women were less likely to buy online than men were.<br/><br/>However, the new Tiffany & Co website could change that as many women may be tempted by its products which include an 18-carat gold mesh buckle bracelet, retailing for CDN$17,500, and gold twist bangle and earrings from the Etoile collection fashioned from 18-carat gold and round brilliant diamonds.<br/><br/>Tiffany & Co also has a store in Toronto for less web-literate customers.<br/><br/><br/><img alt="track" src='http://feeds.directnews.org.uk/feedtrack/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=15027798'/>© Adfero Ltd
