Friday, 28th September 2007 (3193 views) Junior resource company Grenville Gold plans to begin an aggressive market awareness campaign with several planned appearances over the coming weeks.Company representatives are expected to attend the Small Cap conference at the Telus Convention Centre in Calgary, Canada over September 28th and 29th, while other representatives will be attending two conferences in Germany in the coming week to network with potential investors. Grenville Gold's Rio Del Oro ("River of Gold") project, located on 56,205 hectares of land in the Ecuadorian gold-producing regions of Pinas and Zaruma-Portovelo, is currently undergoing exploration work. The historic mining districts have historically produced move than 4.5 million ounces of gold, primarily drawing from the Portovelo mine on the property. As historical gold production on the site has been mainly near-surface operations, the new explorations are expected to extend to a vertical depth of 1,200 metres. Grenville Gold is currently exploring three properties in Peru and two properties in Ecuador, including the Rio Del Oro project.
