A new series of drill hole results from the Bruce Channel Discovery (BCD), located on the Gold Eagle property, have revealed that drilling on the site continues to intersect multiple high-grade gold zones, containing visible gold, according to Gold Eagle Mines.

The company said that drilling at the BCD is intersecting mineralisation with significant gold grades and widths which extends at least 1,100 metres vertically and remains open in all directions.

Located around 800 metres beneath the Bruce Channel waterway, the BCD represents a significant gold structure within the property's Balmer Assemblage.

Gold Eagle Mines reports that four rigs are currently conducting drilling operations on the property, with a fifth rig expected shortly to drill up to 2,500 metres on the south-west edge of the BCD.

The Gold Eagle property is situated in the historically profitable Red Lake mining district in Ontario, Canada.

According to the company, drilling at the BCD has established mineral continuity and has "increased the confidence of multi-million ounce potential" on the site.
