Yellow gold jewellery on display in DelhiFriday, 23rd November 2007 (2781 views) A collection of yellow gold jewellery designed by Vandana Munjal is to be showcased in Delhi, the Times of India has reported.According to Ms Munja, the exhibition, entitled Temptations, was created in tribute to Indian heritage and is divided between four collections Trousseau, Heritage, Bandhan and Treasures. She also told the newspaper it was designed with the ongoing wedding season in mind. "It's a festive collection that uses colours and patterns designed to complement the opulence of Indian attire," she said, adding that the jewellery provides a distinctive touch of style to traditional outfits. "The diamonds, highlighted with spectacular gems, shine through the warmth of yellow gold." Temptations is set to be held at the Hotel Intercontinental Eros in Nehru Place from November 25th-26th. In February, Ms Munjal hosted an exhibition to introduce her Couture Jewels Spring '07 collection, which featured pearls, diamonds and coloured gemstones set in intricate designs of yellow gold, the Tribune News Service reported.
