Thursday, 24th January 2008 (5571 views) Canadian exploration firm Dhanoa Minerals is to feature on the US television show 21st Century Business, hosted by former general and White House chief of staff Alexander Haig.In an upcoming interview, the Toronto-based company's chief executive, Lee Balak, will discuss Dhanoa's current operations - which include three mining projects in south-west Ecuador - and its plans for the future. He will also talk about the importance of gold as a safe haven for investors during economic turbulence. Gerry Kraemer, co-ordinating producer of 21st Century Business, said: "As economic stress builds, Dhanoa Minerals has positioned itself to provide investors a safe haven for their money." The show will also look at the role gold plays as part of diversified investment portfolios. Alexander Haig is a former four-star general who served in Korea and Vietnam. He also commanded all US and NATO forces in Europe; served as chief of staff for presidents Nixon and Ford; and was secretary of state to President Reagan.
