Monday, 27th October 2008 (804 views) A South Korean firm that offers beauty treatments containing gold nanoparticles is to showcase some of its products at several upcoming exhibitions.Seo-Kwang will be displaying its range of beauty and wellbeing lines at the Korean Products Show 2008 at the Intercontinental City Stars in Cairo, Egypt on October 29th-30th. It will then move on to the Asia Electronics Exhibition in Shanghai from November 12th-15th and the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition on November 18th. The company hopes to promote its new products to international buyers. It offers several nano cosmetic lines, including one that utilises miniscule particles of gold to provide high-quality skincare to customers. Chief executive officer Hyun-Chul Seok said the firm aims to distribute its Nano Makeup Cosmetics line throughout the global market as well as focusing on "further research and development of these products with various domestic and international patents". The company makes environmentally-friendly wellbeing products using nanotechnology. Recently, researchers developed a green way to create gold nanoparticles using soybeans and water.
