Garson Gold has reported that it has intersected 38.5m of 2.18 g/t gold from hole BDY08-81 at the Boundary Zone of its 100 per cent owned property in Snow Lake, Manitoba.

The company has been carrying out a new diamond drilling project at the New Britannia Mine (NBM) project and has also announced that it has intersected 5.25 g/t gold over a length of 6.52 m from hole HB08-42 from the Upper Ruttan Zone.

Located in Canada, the project in Snow Lake, Manitoba, covers approximately 4,840 hectares and hosts the historic New Britannia Mine, producing approximately 1.43 million ounces of gold during its years of operation between 1949-1958 and 1995-2004.

Garson Gold's latest drill results mark the conclusion of a 25,000m 2008 drill programme which targeted four zones on the New Britannia property (the No. 3 Zone, Kim Zone, Boundary Zone, and the Main Mine area).

Based in Vancouver, the company also has a 100 per cent interest in the Copper Prince and the McMillan Gold Mine properties in Ontario.
