Tuesday, 24th February 2009 (2451 views) Carrera y Carrera has unveiled a new range of gold tiaras, rings and wedding bands entitled Mi Princesa.The Spanish jewellery firm claimed that the new handcrafted collection combines an antique look with elegant filigree work. Comprising six sets of rings, the jeweller has used influences from princesses in both the east and west to craft the yellow and white gold pieces. Tawhid Abdullah, managing director of Damas Jewellery, stated that the new collection was "everything the design house has come to stand for over the years such as exceptional beauty and excellence of execution" making the rings "one of the finest and most fitting expressions of love". Ring sets are available in a range of styles entitled My Greek Princess, My Russian Princess, My Indian Princess, My Japanese Princess, My Spanish Princess and My French Princess. The collection of tiaras has been inspired by influences ranging from Rome's laurel wreath to Russian crowns and a Japanese mythical bird. Damas is the an international jewellery and watch retailer with around 450 stores in 18 countries around the world, with a particular presence in the Middle East.
