Wednesday, 22nd April 2009 (3053 views) Dynasty Metals & Mining has announced that it has received official notification from the Ecuadorian Ministry of Mines and Petroleum that its operations comply with the country's new Mining Act.The ministry completed a review of the firm's activities in the country and has requested that it updates its environmental impact studies and register with the new National Water Bureau. Dynasty Metals & Mining now plans to focus on the development of its Zaruma gold project in Ecuador and is currently commissioning the plant and stockpiling ore grade material. Robert Washer, chief executive of Dynasty Metals & Mining, said: "We would like to thank the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum for their continued co-operation. The official notification allows Dynasty to step up its mine development, processing and exploration activities." Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, the exploration and development company has a number of mineral properties including the Zaruma project, the advanced-stage Jerusalem property and a prospect in the Dynasty Copper-Gold Belt.
