A collection of gold rings are being showcased by Ylang 23 Jewellery in time for the summer bridal season.

The Texas firm is promoting Cathy Waterman's Love of My Life range, alongside work by other leading US and European designers.

Featuring a series of gem-set 22-c gold jewellery items, the 40-page collection includes designs that have been worn by stars such as Julia Roberts, Laura Linney, Rita Wilson, Meg Ryan and Jennifer Garner.

"I've seen women who can have anything choose my jewels and women who save for years for a ring they love," Ms Waterman recently told photographer Sally Mann during an interview. "I can't help but believe that there is a connection between us."

Hailing from California, Ms Waterman is inspired by nature and her designs have been featured in the fashion press, as well as worn by collectors, celebrities, brides and fashion industry professionals.

She is one of a range of leading jewellery designers promoted by Ylang 23, a company founded in Dallas in 1985.
