Gold nanoparticles are finding use in a wide range of cosmetic and beauty applications.

Korean nanotechnology company Nano-Vision Tech has recently been assigned with an International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient (INCI) designation for its Nano gold material. The assignment was made by the industry body The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA). Nano-Vision Tech are supplying the Nano gold for use in soap, hair tonic and face masks.
